چکیده
The scanning atom probe (SAP) developed in the authors’ laboratory has a microelectrode that localizes electric field around sample apex. can be applied for measurement of non-bulk, non-solid materials. metal chelate compounds supported on carbon fiber (CF) were successfully analyzed by using polyethylene glycol as matrix and CF support emitter. bonds between Fe2+ ion bidentate ligands 1,10-phenanthroline found to stable because complex ions detected keeping number coordinating with ion. On other hand, neutral was dissociate isothiocyanate which negatively charged monodentate ligand.

Cold-atom scanning probe microscopy.
Scanning probe microscopes are widely used to study surfaces with atomic resolution in many areas of nanoscience. Ultracold atomic gases trapped in electromagnetic potentials can be used to study electromagnetic interactions between the atoms and nearby surfaces in chip-based systems. Here we demonstrate a new type of scanning probe microscope that combines these two areas of research by using ...
متن کاملAtom-probe Analysis of Zircaloy
Zirconium based alloys in the Zircaloy series have been analysed with atom-probe field-ion microscopy. During specimen preparation an anodic layer is formed, containing about 50% oxygen. In preliminary analyses of the matrix al1 the minor elements Fe, Ni, Cr and O were detected, and it appears possible to determine with the atom-probe whether any particular heat treatment causes matrix depletio...
متن کاملQuantum metrology with a scanning probe atom interferometer.
We use a small Bose-Einstein condensate on an atom chip as an interferometric scanning probe to map out a microwave field near the chip surface with a few micrometers resolution. With the use of entanglement between the atoms, our interferometer overcomes the standard quantum limit of interferometry by 4 dB and maintains enhanced performance for interrogation times up to 10 ms. This corresponds...
متن کاملStudying of various nanolithography methods by using Scanning Probe Microscope
The Scanning Probe Microscopes (SPMs) based lithographic techniques have been demonstrated as an extremely capable patterning tool. Manipulating surfaces, creating atomic assembly, fabricating chemical patterns, imaging topography and characterizing various mechanical properties of materials in nanometer regime are enabled by this technique. In this paper, a qualified overview of diverse lithog...
متن کاملScanning hall probe microscopy technique for investigation of magnetic properties
Scanning Hall Probe Microscopy (SHPM) is a scanning probe microscopy technique developed to observe and image magnetic fields locally. This method is based on application of the Hall Effect, supplied by a micro hall probe attached to the end of cantilever as a sensor. SHPM provides direct quantitative information on the magnetic state of a material and can also image magnetic induction under a...
